Delivery is the last farewell between the seller and the goods. For the seller, the goods become less controllable from the time they hand over the goods to the freight forwarder.

In addition to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance inspection and logistics package loss, we should also be careful not to be rejected by FBA. In case of inspection delay and package loss, we can also find the freight forwarder to compensate. If rejected by FBA, the seller basically has to pay out of his own pocket. Therefore, the seller must be careful when packing and shipping.

Label problem

The most common rejection is that the shipping mark has problems, falling off, missing, blurred or damp. In these cases, it will basically be rejected by FBA. Even if it is not rejected and cannot be recognized by FBA, it will be thrown into the "no man's land". When the goods arrive in the "no man's land", the probability of recovery is very small.

Carton problem

If the carton is damaged and seriously deformed, FBA will be rejected. At the same time, if the weight and volume of the carton exceed the specified specifications, the weight exceeds 23kg and the length, width and height exceed 63cm, it may also be rejected. After rejection, it can only be sent to the nearby third-party overseas warehouse to help change the cartons and shipping marks.

Pallet problem

All FBA sea freight must have pallets (also known as pallets). If there is no pallet, the wrong specification or exceeding the specification will be rejected by FBA. The pallet specification is 1mx1.25m and cannot be damaged. Winding film must be used, the height shall not exceed 1.8m and the weight shall not exceed 680kg, otherwise it may be rejected.

Tape problem

Amazon officially stipulates that FBA goods should use transparent tape, and the use of colored tape such as yellow tape will be rejected by FBA. In fact, if a small amount of yellow tape is used, it will not be rejected. As long as the box mark is not covered and the label is clear, it is OK. According to the rules, FBA shall not use plastic binding tape. In fact, as long as it is wrapped in a small area, it will not be rejected.

Delivery problem

If you have a warehouse overseas and send goods by truck, you must make an appointment in advance. If you don't make an appointment, you will be rejected. If you send goods by express, you may also make delivery mistakes, because many third-party warehouses are adjacent to FBA warehouses. If the goods from a third-party overseas warehouse are sent to FBA, they will be rejected directly. If the goods from FBA are sent to the third-party warehouse, it is basically impossible to find them back.

In general, in order to reduce the risk of FBA rejection and reduce losses, sellers must standardize the delivery and use high-quality packaging consumables!
